Accounting and Administrative Assistant

Lynch & Associates is a growing multi-disciplinary consulting firm with offices in New Berlin, Green Bay and Burlington, Wisconsin. Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years accounting or bookkeeping experience required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other basic software applications
• Experience with Deltek strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
• Detail-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment
• Ability to work with shifting priorities

Essential Responsibilities:
Candidates would be required to perform the following tasks:
• Provides assistance to Project Managers for billing project billing and budgeting
• Provides assistance to Project Managers for project and client reporting
• Prepares monthly invoices and invoice support documents for Project Managers
• Assists in monthly AR recovery process
• Processes bi-weekly Employee Expenses
• Assists in AP
• Helps maintain corporate Deltek accounts
• Processes AR payments, as well as maintaining daily deposits and daily cash reports with corporate banking accounts
• Processes entries for payroll
• Open new projects, as well as sets up billing terms as requested by Project Managers
• Provides assistance to Project Managers for setting up electronic project management directories
• Enters mileage logs weekly for company vehicles

Additional Responsibilities:
Candidates would be required to perform the following additional tasks to support company-wide office staff:
• Provides additional administrative assistance to staff as needed
• Provides assistance in answering phones
