Construction Manager/ Observer Group Leader

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent on the job training with certifications and a minimum 7 years of construction experience.  Excellent leadership, verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines. Detail oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment. Ability to read and interpolate survey maps, construction plans and utility plans. Experience working in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus. Valid Driver’s License and an insurable driving record. Ability to travel and work extended hours.

Job Description:

Lynch & Associates is seeking a Construction Services Professional to grow our Construction Services Group through client development, on-site project observation and management services, and oversight Construction Services personnel. Candidates would be required to perform the following tasks:

Communicate with clients and project teams. Develop a WisDOT Transportation Observation Team, Municipal Observation Team, and Private Development Observation Team. Management of Construction Services staff including setting internal schedules for project delivery. Provide client proposals, group budgeting, projections and growth plans. Marketing responsibilities include promoting overall firm and leading the growth of our Construction Services group further into the forefront of the Construction Services industry.
